Vendor Code of Conduct / Oath
To become a vendor on NootropicPlace.com you must swear by the following"Vendor Code of Conduct Oath":
“By registering for a vendor account on NootropicPlace I agree to be held accountable for my actions on the market, and promise to honor my commitments. Our shared goal of honest and ethical action in everything we do drives our success.
As a vendor on NootropicPlace.com, I pledge to be Open, Honest and Direct and conduct business with the highest degree of integrity. I vow to never let forces of greed or cupidity outweigh my overarching values of morality, ethicality, and good standing in the community.”
If this oath is unsuitable to you, and you can not swear by it, then you may not register for a vendor account on NootropicPlace.com
Standards of Service
The Vendor Terms of Service are as follows:
1. Vendors must check their account on a regular basis, enough at-least to respond to user inquiries, and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
2. Vendors are expected to respond to enquires from potential customers, and NootropicPlace staff with honesty and integrity at all times.
3. Vendors may not advertise products with false claims.
4. If vendor has a personal TOS, and/or policies posted on their vendor description they must abide by which at all times. Vendor TOS, or policies may never overlap those of NootropicPlace. Changes to your personal TOS, or policy must follow a 30 day notice of the impending change of policy, posted to your vendor description.
5. If product / shipping method is advertised as shipping with tracking #, a tracking # must be used and kept record of in-case of dispute.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). It is forbidden to make available in any form material of sexual, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate nature on NootropicPlace.com.
Personal information pertaining to market users (ex: shipping address) may never be made available to public viewing, and may not be accessed by anyone other than that of the user themselves, the concerning vendor of order, and the NootropicPlace staff (which may view order information in the case of dispute.)
If issue with an order arises, and the two parties are unable to come to a resolution on their own, both the buyer and seller reserve the right to contact support (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request a “dispute investigation” be opened. Given sufficient cause is evident, NootropicPlace staff will launch a thorough and unbiased investigation into the matter. 1-3 days after the case is opened, once both sides are heard from and all facts of the case are mindfully considered, a verdict will be declared. The 3 possible outcomes of a dispute verdict are as follows: The verdict may side with the buyer, side with the vendor, or if fault is found with both parties a compromise solution may be proposed.
By using NootropicPlace you agree to honor the verdict in dispute cases, and abide by any stipulations found in the arbitration process.
NOTE: As a vendor, it is highly advisable you use tracking numbers on all orders, and keep good records of them, as tracking numbers are your best way to stay protected from cases of dispute.
Vendors may only ship substance(s) to countries, and jurisdictions where it is legal.
Vendor specific Terms of Service/Policies
As a vendor you are allowed to have your own individual Terms of Service/Policies as long as they do not conflict with terms and conditions of the market at whole.
Vendors are allowed to post one off-site url (excluding screenshots) on their profile description. This link can be to their own personal store, or anything else on the web as long as nothing inappropriate as covered in the “Content” policy. Under no circumstance may vendors make available links to off-site urls in private messages, or anywhere else that\'s other than the profile description.
Violation of any of the terms and conditions may result in punitive action, dependent on the severity of the infraction(s).
